Nestled in the cozy little village of Roncesvalles, Toronto, ON, Canada. A turn of the century village with quaint old school and chic modern boutique shops and restaurants. Choose between four distinct living quarters.
Select between four distinct homes. Cozy Quarters, a two bedroom, is located in the basement with its own separate entry. The main floor is home to City Chic, a one bedroom city escape. Lastly, the 2nd/3rd floors boasts, Heavenly Haus, our flagship three bedroom unit overlooking the cityscape and heavens above. Our fourth quarters is located adjacent to the above three. Cozy+Clean, offers a consistent 5 star AirBnB rating with a single Queen bedroom, living room, huge laundry room/three piece bath and fully equiped kitchen.

The suite was so cozy and we felt very comfortable staying here. We try to cook for ourselves as often as we can and the kitchen had all the tools and basic supplies that we needed.
The bed was a dream! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, it was sometimes difficult getting out of bed the morning.
The Area
Roncesvalles is hands down my favourite neighborhood. Tons of shopping, great restaurants, and you’re a step away from high park. It’s a 330 acre park with tons of trails, Shakespeare in the park in the summer, and if you’re a dog owner it has one the largest dog parks I’ve ever been too. You’re also close to all forms of transit (subway, streetcars) which make it easy to get around the city.

What a wonderful spot!
We flew into Billy Bishop Airport and after walking through the tunnel, it was less than a 15 minute Uber ride to this clean and comfortable basement apartment.
We arrived before the check in time but were able to leave our luggage while we went out for lunch.
Wifi was very fast.
Bed was very comfortable.
We made dinner and breakfasts at home; we truly appreciated not having to purchase staples such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, or olive oil…just bought a little milk.
If you don’t want to cook, there are loads of cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

Gala’s place was really well provisioned and perfect for two people. It was very clean and modern. The bed was a queen. Nice touches – chocolates on the kitchen counters, selection of coffees and teas. The bathroom and living room were both well set up and comfortable. The access was easy to understand and lock. We found parking each time without hassles. I booked this for my parents and Gala was extremely accommodating with communicating with and helping them out. Thank you!
